I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Kingfisher Foods
Interview
Applied through a recruitment agency. Followed up by a short Teams call, then an online assessment, then an in person interview. Process was relatively painless up to the interview. All seemed very positive and they alleviated any doubts I had on the company given the awful reviews on here. Then no feedback for weeks, despite confirming that I was still in the running and being considered for the role.

Question 1
Interview was competency based questions based on your assessment answers. Mainly going over your employement history, current role and motivations for leaving. This felt very relaxed and conversational

Interview
It was an easy process. It felt as though the interviews were there for formalities rather than to find the right candidate for the job. It felt as though it didn't matter what you said, you'd still get the job.
