Interview
Two rounds, both requiring a 15 minute training presentation. Round one was one-on-one questions from both an HR rep and the local Training manager; Round two was a group interview with various Managers and Directors (mostly from IT), plus other members of the training team.

In round two, they asked about the origin of my powerpoint template. I also had several questions about my tech background and my preferences between tech support and training.
