Interview
I had 2 phone interviews, initial one was completed with Katy and the second was completed with Marcie. I was emailed a personality/IQ test. Once that was complete. i was set up for the first part roleplay with Val. Once the roleplay was complete, i finished the second part with Christian, Marcie and Durant... Katy, Marcie, Val, Christian and Durant were great! They took the time to get to know about me and my experience. They took the time and discussed the role and left plenty of time for me to ask questions. I NEVER felt rushed. It was a very good experience .

Question 1
Discussed my resume and completed a 2 part roleplay. They will email you a scenario on what they want you to sell. **PLEASE NOTE** On the roleplay, they walk you through the process and share best practices to help you. They will not try to trick you- They're very helpful and straight forward. It is a bit uncomfortable at first, but you will definitely warm up. They do NOT pressure you at all. :)
It was as all interview processes should be. It was very straightforward and reasonable. The recruiter(s) were very responsive, stuck to their dates and set up for success. The feedback was candid and specific. The process was excellent and the people were very easy to work with and honest about where one stands.

Question 1
Mainly questions around how previous experience translates to conditions to be successful at the company.
first round with HR, second round will be prospecting call with sales director and the third round will be closing call with VP of sales. All happen within a week

Interview
Shelby and Val were exceptional. The interview process reflects all the positive stuff I'm seeing about the company: welcoming, efficient, and detail-oriented.
Obviously, each round was more challenging than the last but I appreciate how thorough they are. They're not out to play "gotcha" so if you prepare and are a good fit, go in confidently.
Application to offer took 15 days.
I got welcome texts from the VP and Director minutes after accepting my offer. I couldn't be more excited to start here!
