The interview process was very straightforward starting with an online pre-recorded segment style I am assuming due to covid. After that round, I was submitted to the district manager and interviewed again.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you went above and beyond to help a customer?
I applied through university. I interviewed at Kohl's in Oct 2020
Interview
There were 2 rounds. One round with a store manager and then with a district manager. It was 30 minutes per each, and it was a lot of behavioral and specifically retail specific questions. It would be really good if you could showcase why specifically you are interested in Kohl's, and it helps if you have retail experience so you can talk about it. Overall, everyone was really friendly, and there was a lot of help along the way. A Kohl's ambassador even reached out to me to see if I needed any help, and I think it's best if you take advantage of that if you are interested.
