I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kula Bio (Natick, MA) in Jun 2024
Interview
Incredibly long process. Two 1-hour interviews online, ending with at 7.5 hour in-person interview. Apparently they had 5 people undergo the same process, which is way over the top. In the end, they sent me a rejection by email, which is extremely dissatisfying after having spent so much unpaid time on them. The COO spent a lot of time describing how he envisions the company will grow and become inspired by the pharma business, in terms of processes but also it should be as professional as pharma. But evidently, that isn't happening any time soon.

Good team, great mission, and promising technology. Every conversation I had was informative and engaging. The experience and vision that the leadership team had shone through and was a highlight
