In Store with the store manager. The interview was less then 10 minutes and was just a review of the application. They also asked availability and if full or part time was desired and time frame for starting.
Mine was a group interview. You go around the circle and answer basic questions focused on your experiences and activities in the outdoors. Very simple. Took less than 30 minutes. Friendly group leader made the time go by quickly.
Started with a call and then a group interview with easy quick questions about yourself and experience followed with pretend sales examples using their own products to see how you hold a conversation and explain their products.

Microsoft teams interview with store manager. Was contacted to set up an interview within 24 hours of applying and was hired after a single behavioral get to know you style relaxed meeting.
