I've now been through a full interview process with L3Harris twice. In both cases the interview processes started with a call with the recruiter to check off any basic questions that ensure it's worth it to continue a conversation. This is followed by a short call with a hiring manager and then a panel interview if they want to move forward. It is wise to be prepared to field questions from various teams and seniority levels as attendees are not communicated. From my experience, the panel seemed design to ensure a candidate is sorted into the appropriate role in tangential teams. The questions asked will naturally uncover your strengths, weaknesses and career vision. In my case, I was immediately referred to a different role and began the process again. I was not offered either role which was a bit frustrating after months of meeting with various stakeholders - In the end I believe they are dedicated to finding a path for their candidates, even when one avenue does not work out. Overall a very positive experience.
