    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at LTI (Mumbai) in May 2019.

    Interview process and HR people are not following their words.

    I got direct call from LTI for an interview, I had mentioned my current and expected CTC to them. They agreed to give 35% hike on current and they only I asked them to proceed further.
    Before coming to the interview, 2 times again I reconfirmed with them on my expected CTC and they said that if I am selected they don't have any problem with my expectations.
    I appeared and cleared all the rounds including technical, manager rounds and was told that I am selected.
    After couple of days, I got a mail from HR stating their offer and it was surprising. They were giving me only 7% hike. I told them that 3 times I had confirmed on this but they started giving their general kind of statements.
    What is meaning of 3 times confirmation on my expected CTC before coming to interview? Who gave them right to waste my time in such a way? Strictly I had mentioned my expectations 35% and they agreed on it earlier yet they did this. 7% was ridiculous.
    I have recorded call as well to show them.
    Looks like HR team was only interested to show head count of candidates they called for interview.
    They completely wasted my day, time and broke the hope.
    It was unexpected and ridiculous process.
    People like HR team Talent acquisition are not following their words. This is how they are destroying company image.
