the interview process had 2 rounds
1) AI bot interview
2) Online in-person interview
the AI interview was very basic .every question is aksed on basis of my resume (about the projects and skills mentioned)
and in-person interview was also easy asked me about OOP and basic DSA problems and some questions about database
3) HR interview
it was just for formality they aksed me about my nationality , can I relocate to other location , can I work for different time zones I said yes

2nd step - AI interview
3rd step - Technical interview(Questions on the projects mentioned in the cv and then python and oops related questions and then 3 coding questions basic and then questions on dbms)
4th step - HR interview
The interview process includes aptitude testing, AI screening, technical evaluation, and HR discussion, assessing problem-solving, communication, job-specific skills, personality, and cultural fit to identify the most suitable candidate for the role.

I had answered all the questions and interviewer was satisified with the coded solution for the questions. Still got rejection mail. There's no transaprenncy at all. Even if your interview goes well, there is no interview that u will get selected.
