Interview
it was good and medium level interviewer was very polite and helpful i got naurvous but it was not a type of interview to get naurvous. Overall, LTI seems to offer a decent work environment with some areas for improvement. If you have any specific questions or need more.
The interviewer was late (almost 2-3 hours), and then he skipped straight to the codes after asking me about myself. The codes asked to solve were easy. It would've been great if I did not give up and solved the codes.

Interview
The Online Assessment (OA) was conducted on the AMCAT platform and consisted of Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, and Language, Reading & Verbal Ability sections. There were no programming or coding questions; the assessment included only multiple-choice questions (MCQs), pseudocode-based problems, and analytical reasoning questions.
The interview was easy and the question asked was basic , overall good interview , but I like to mention that they want good communication skills also , but required good core knowledge of the subject
