Interview

Hiring process is only limited to phone call and one on one session. They hire immediate basis without a proper discussion of employment guidelines and Hiring policies. Hiring HR was not collaborative and there was no good infrastructure. No proper Job description.

Application

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at LabourNet (Bengaluru) in April 2015.

Interview

Very good process of screening for trainer position. Understanding of others, self confidence etc to teach youngsters in an informal setting were done to make one feel at ease.

Family background and other educational qualifications , certifications, experience, ideals and hopes too were discussed and the way of thinking whether a disciplined person of good moral values were assessed by a short talk to get to know the person.
