2 stage panel interviews, very formal which reflected the company atmosphere. I wasn't shown around the office at all before they offered me a position, which in hindsight would've been nice to see before starting there.

Simple got in and reviewed company, came to office prepared. It was insightful learning about the other company goals expectation and team as well as company partnerships. Demonstraing my compentence in the softawre the company uses and being able to help identify the solution to the problem.
