Applied online. I Was called for interview which was done in person, at the stores location. The interview was with manager and it was nice. They allowed you to ask any questions about job role and how much the pay is. Was asked common interview questions.

The interview was super last minute and had 3 stages, personal introduction, group interview with team building pegs and pair introduction where you have to convince the other person on why they should get hired
Very quick. Just a 10-15 minute talk and around an hour of onboarding training. And thats it, nice and easy. No knowlege needed, no pressure if you answered the question incorrectly.
