It started off ok - was referred. The people who interviewed me seemed nice. Unfortunately, however, the communication was poor when they decided to pass on me. I had to chase for an answer all while I had been working tirelessly on a case study to present. A huge waste of time for me - at least 2 days work I had already put into it. And then no actionable feedback on what I could do to get a similar job next time. I was simply told that my experience wasn't consistent enough, or something to that effect. What does that even mean, and surely a variety of experience indicates adaptability - which is really what businesses need to pivot and survive in today's market,
