Interview
I went there for an interview and it was sort of tough. I met them on campus first and talked to them at the career fair. I then completed a personality test online that was sent to me via email and that was followed by an interview at their office. The interview at their office was mostly behavioral questions and I did not find it too difficult.

There were two interviews. One with an HR Campus Recruiter and another with the department I worked with. There were no technical questions asked. Most were "Tell me about a time..."

The interview was conducted over a full business day with multiple managers in various departments. The interview covered many aspects of what is required of an intern in various departments.

My application led to a phone interview, involving a resume discussion and behavioral questions. Despite my efforts, the interview ended without an offer, highlighting the need for continued improvement. It was something to learn from.
