The interview process is very thorough and designed to see if you align with their values and sustaining attributes. The process is multiple rounds, extended over multiple months. It is important to the interviewers to make sure that not only are you a good fit for the team, but they also want you to be confident that the team is a good fit for you. It is a challenging experience that helps you grow in your self-awareness, understand the culture of Life.Church on a deeper level, and gauge whether or not joining the team would be your next best step.

Interview
Tough interview, but worth the time for the self awareness. Started with phone interviews & video calls. Online testing. Finally with a weekend interview on site. This is the best interview process I’ve ever been a part of.
