Interview
I applied online from the posting I saw on Indeed. It took a while for them to contact me, but once they did it was easy to get set up with an interview time. It is a three round interview process. My first interview was with two of the managers, next with the head of the department, and the last was with a guy from a higher up office. My first interview lasted about an hour. They had me go around the gym floor and talk to around 5 people to get their take on what they think of the gym and why they keep coming back. They wanted to see how well you interacted with others (they don't actually follow you up there however). The second interview was very similar but I did not leave the office that time. I never actually got contacted by the third round interview person, but they offered me a job anyway because I was on a time crunch with another job offer.

Question 1
It was very in depth about fitness, personal health, and situational questions. They picked apart my resume and had me explain things about each of my jobs and difficult times I had with them.

Interview
Very quick online process everyone was great, seeing all the lovely locations in the possibilities are awesome not to mention a free membership as a company benefit is a wonderful additive and motivating point of working for this company
The interview process was extensive and thorough. I appreciated the importance the company placed on hiring the right individuals for it's sales positions. I interviewed with several different individuals at different levels within the organization.

Interview
I was seen immediately, very professional, but when I asked questions, I wasn't given specific answers and it was rather frustrating, more like "I'll get back to you on that". Even when I followed up, I was told "I'm sorry but I haven't gotten an answer from my boss, he's always traveling"
