    Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Lloyds Banking Group (London, England (UK)) in May 2011.

    Interview

    3 stage process
One with team lead who provided a logical test
    One with manager
    And one with senior manager
Fairly straight forward and standard interview questions. They were mostly interested I think on how you would fit into the team and if you can learn on the job. Of course experience and skills will always help!
A few times it had to be rearranged as there were production issues so I got an early idea what it would be like
