I was asked to apply for the job by the Global head of CMF which was also followed by a call from HR. This was after they had already seen my work, Portfolio and resume. I had another follow-up call with more of the senior team which honestly went great... and then silence for 3 straight weeks.
After wasting so much of my time and abusing my passion for the job I had a cold rejection despite having chatted personally with the senior team. This was very immature as all I was expecting was some feedback on how I could be better and why I did not make it.
Plain and simple! If you as an applicant are expected to spend hours and days investing in the hiring process it is at least a basic courtesy to let them know why they were not chosen.
I felt disposable and the whole engagement after the second was just unprofessional and weak. Even though I did enjoy both the calls along with very enthusiastic engagement., all that goodwill was just wasted
