I applied on-line and did the assessment test also. I received an e-mail from the Darden Company saying I "passed"their initial stage and they were interested in interviewing me. The e-mail told me to call the restaurant, ask for a manager in order to set u an interview. I called and spoke to a manager, and let her know I received the e-mail and would love to set up an interview time. She said, let me look over your application and get back to you. I called back again. She never got back to me.

We sat at one of the tables and she asked me general questions about myself & why I wanted the job. We chatted for about 30 mins and she went to her office & returned within 5 minutes to offer me the job.
