Internal Applicant - Applied online. Was one of 2 internal applicants, received the position as the other internal applicant was not eligible for the position at the time. Interview occurred while on vacation so it was a phone interview. Participants where the SM and HR. Each asked questions in turn. Simple interview.

    Only 9 standard questions that are all situational dealing with customer interactions. They have a grading stream 1-7 based on the amount of detail that you give under each number there are criteria that you have to hit to get that number on that question. The last question is for interviewer to score and then they calculate each question for a combined numerical total. Then you are given a average grade say 4.7 or 5 average. Person with the highest combined average score gets the job

    Take a assessment to see if you are qualified then sit with Store Manager and HR manager and they rotate questions. They ask you a series of job based questions on what would you do type scenarios. They have recently changed interview package and went from about 16 questions to about 11 now
