I had a normal zoom interview with the recruiter (1st) after 2 weeks from submitting my application. The young recruiter was good with representing the company and she explained the role requirements and company environment well .This call led me to have another zoom interview with the manager of the team . The interview went well in general with The team manager ( team leader),however the young manager (team leader) showed that he didn’t check my profile well before the interview as he surprised when I said that I am managing a commercial small team and I realized that he was checking my profile on LinkedIn during the call , after 4 minutes from starting the interview . I showed full flexibility to the role and I liked how he explained the company environment in Netherlands and the company new structure . At the end of the interview, The team leader showed that he was happy and he was also glad to have more understanding about my current employer and he told me ( i will inform the recruiter and she will come back to you with my feedback soon cause she is not available today ) . I have heard nothing from the recruiter/ manager or even the company .Today is considered day 8 after me interview with the manager/ Team leader (2nd round ) . It is disrespectful when you ghost candidates during the 2nd or 3rd round of the interviewing process .Companies usually provide constructive feedback on whether the candidate is over qualified or under qualified for the role or at least even a rejection template .( doesn’t mean that I need one anymore). This showed that there is no real strategy and your people ( recruiter, team leader) are unprofessional with their attitudes and behavior . People will lose the trust in your company, in it is mission and vision .
