Lumen Account Manager Interview Questions

I had the virtual pre-recorded interview yesterday. It was different, but very easy to navigate. The questions are pre-recorded and you have two opportunities to record your response. At the end of the 6 questions, you play two "games" on how well you can memorize certain sequences.

The interview process was easy. First you have to make a video answering some questions. They are the STAR style interview questions. After that, the interview was a panel of 3 managers. The hiring manager was not really honest about the reason the previous person left the position. I feel like I was mislead.

The hiring process was easy going, everyone involved was highly professional and communicated very clearly. Overall, it was a slow process that spanned multiple months in order to move from one round of interviews to the next.

Role playing for the job role and ask you tough questions. If you know how to articulate answers its an easy place to get hired. Prepare to have to talk about sales tactics and talk through a solution to a customers problem.

It was somewhat of an in depth interview, and the HR Specialist made me feel very comfortable. I enjoyed the questions, I felt as thought I was able to show more of myself and strengths, and was then shown a tour of the office.

The interviewing process was very transparent. The company recruiters were thorough and the hiring managers were professional and truthful about the job. The job is what I expected. The managers are direct and create a professional work environment.

There was an initial phone interview by a recruiter followed by Skype interview with 2 VPs who asked typical interview questions then there with a sales role play where you had to obtain the next meeting....

I applied within. Took about two weeks to get hired. Was painless. Had two interviews and then got an offer. This was for a virtual Care/Sales position. I was already working for CenturyLink at the time.

First round was a 15-20 minute phone screening with a recruiter. Second/final round was an hour long Blue Jeans virtual interview with three hiring managers. Got my offer within one business day (interviewed on a Friday and got the news on Monday).
