Lumen Analyst Interview Questions

Pretty basic, no real hard questions. Very common interview questions. Be prepared for situational type of questions, i.e., what you would do if, or How would you handle this situation...

Relatively easy interview. Know your stuff and know about the company but everyone is very friendly and genuine. Depending on your hiring manager, your job can either be very pleasant or a living hell. HR is also very pleasant to work with.

The interview process was good. I interview with someone from Human Resources and then the department managers. The people who interviewed me were very nice and inviting. Unfortunately, I was not offered a full time position.

I applied online. I received a call to set up a phone interview with one of the directors within a couple weeks. About a week after the phone interview I received a call asking for an in-person interview, and I received a job offer about 2 weeks after that. It was a hassle-free, quick and easy experience, and the interview gave me a good idea of what to expect from the position as well as the company.

It was a quick process, about 2 weeks. After interviewing the hiring manager kept me updated on their process letting me know when interviews would be completed and when I should hear back.
