Lumen Network Engineer Interview Questions

I had 4 rounds of interviews. First round is technical round. Second is self communication test. Third I had Manager discussion and then HR discussion. The interviews were done within 2 days but for the offer it took 10 days due to Diwali holidays.

I have applied through LinkedIn on Wednesday. >>Thursday, Got a call from HR just get to know what is my roles & resp. >>Friday, I had technical round 1 with Manger. >>because of Saturday Monday i gave Manger round 2nd. I never ever thought interview procedure will go that much fast. within 4 days Lumen finished interview process and released very good CTC/offer which is really good.

The interview went smooth and timely . The company doesn't take much time in every process .They will update you timely and won't take much time in selection process . Also it is solely based on requirements.

Things to remember: o Enunciate, and speak with conviction o Answer questions directly and clearly   Things to avoid: o Appearing too relaxed o Fidgeting, shifting in your seat, or appearing nervous o Speaking too loudly or too softly o Giving indirect answers or avoiding questions – do not “fake” answers to any questions, if you don’t know it then tell them that.

Interview process is straight as HR will schedule and there will be a technical round of discussion, I had applied for network role and they checked my routing and switching, security and loadbalancer skills

It was a contract position through apex systems. First round was recruiter interview and then the next round was with supervisor and senior engineer from Monroe lousiana. Questions were pretty basic. It took only 1 day. Got the job within 4 hours after the interview. The package was very less. Do not hesitate to negotiate. Or else they wouldn't give you more than 25 per hour. Of course it was in Monroe Louisiana. Things can change in other location .

Interview was Easy, I was asked a lot of CCNP questions even though the position is for CCNA. The Interview lasted 30 mins, The Managers liked me! Really Excited for this new Opportunity and see where it takes me.

3 rounds of Interviews were held with 1st being HR(Video) and followed by technical and technical 2(Video interview) with panel managers. It was a great experience, recruiters are supportive and always replies to emails. Final offer decision was more than a month but they do reply you all time.

just one phone interview. Set up by the recruiter. the interview was more for you to learn about the company...what your role will be...scope of the projects...and the department. Also to let know how the working from home and flex schedule is administered. part time in the office...part time at home.

Very detailed interview. There were 3 people on the phone during my interview. However, one person conducted the questions. The interviewer asked a lot about problem solving skills, and how to manage projects and time.
