I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at LyondellBasell
Interview
This can be a long process to even get an interview - months even. Once you finally get a call from the HR recruiter - you will be prescreened and possibly scheduled for an interview. You will usually have a 3-4 person panel to talk with each taking turns with the standard "tell me a time" questions. Usually, there is only one round but there are times a 2nd round will be needed.
Interview questions [1]

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LyondellBasell in Jun 2022
Interview
HR called me and asked me a few questions, then said someone else would call to schedule the interview. It was for 3 different positions so I had two interviews with 3 people per interview done via Teams. All behavioral questions- 100% STAR method. It's been a week and a half and have not received any feedback. Wish they would send a follow up at least confirming I didn't get it.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at LyondellBasell (Houston, TX) in Apr 2019
Interview
I video conferenced with 4 individuals and was asked behavioral type questions. They were very pleasant but also serious and I could tell they meant business. By the end I could tell that they liked me and was confident in a job offer.
