I interviewed for another analyst position, but was referred for the Manager position after the team identified some other needs where I would be able to benefit the company. The initial interview was with the hiring manager for an hour, which discussed my background and how I would contribute to the team.
This was followed up by two panels, each lasting about 2.5 hours with various people throughout the org. The questions were largely high-level, but got into the nitty-gritty when it came to how I would be tagging/testing different marketing materials.
The final interview was with the HR Director, and was largely behavioral, but unlike some other interviews the behavioral questions were mostly conversational, so it was a less stressful process than other long interviews.
The only drawback was that there was relatively little assessment of technical skill. I brought up a few programs that I was well-versed in, and felt relatively confident that I would meet the technical requirements of the job.
