Met with the manager and reviewed qualifications and responsibilities for the job. More of a conversation. Just need to be confident. Probably best to come with some questions or concerns to ask or anything the manager must know before you start
Laid back and easy. Be up front snd honest. Typically done during not busy times. Typically with the General manager. Dress code is laid back. They will pull a back ground check almost instantly. This cuts out the difficult waiting period. But they will work with you as long as youre hinest about what youre looking for, and your availablity.

Quick and easy, only lasted 5 minutes or so. She asked a few basic questions before telling me a bit about the company and explaining the job details and the wages.
