Interview
a decent interview process feels like a balanced conversation rather than just a Q&A session. You’d appreciate clear communication about the role, its expectations, and the company culture. You’d want to feel respected, with the interviewer actively listening and asking thoughtful, relevant questions. It’s not just about showcasing your skills but also feeling that the company values your time and potential. You’d also want transparency in terms of next steps, and a chance to ask questions to make sure the role is the right fit for you.
