Very smooth, easy transition, clear and precise to my questions and concerns, not over whelming, basic questions, they really did ask lots of scenario questions based on the title that's being applied...so make sure to know the duties and responsibilities.

Interview
I had 2 interviews and both were very professional and clear. I was able to meet my current managers and discuss career opportunities, growth, my experiences and education. They were very honest with me in the first interview and told me I was overqualified and found the right fit for me.
