MMSD interview questions

I suspect the district interviews people they are not interested in at all in order to pad out their candidate roster for political reasons. The interview consisted of being placed in a very large room sitting spaced about 15-20 feet apart and being asked standard questions verbatim from a deck of slides. No interviewer showed interest or asked questions about my particular experience, or asked a follow-up question, or any question not prewritten on a slide. I took a day off work and traveled to Milwaukee for it. No mileage or hotel reimbursement was offered.

Went down to their headquarters in Milwaukee, met with an HR person, then went into the interview, it was a small group interview, afterwards I filled out some paperwork and went on my way
