Pretty straight forward. Recruiter was nice. However, when asked how much I wanted as base salary, I stated how much I expected, and the recruiter mocked me for asking for such a "high" base salary. They offer a base salary WAY lower than other companies

Standard interview process with very friendly people, but like other reviews have mentioned the management seems quite young and inexperienced. Good fit for young minds fresh out of their studies, but less ideal if you have a bit more life experience. No compensation or benefits. Low base pay due to their bonus system.
