Interview
I met the recruiter at the career fair, and he was very nice; seemed very interested. The interview was next day, and was very easy. After meeting with the recruiter, he was very nice and only asked me behavioral questions. I was told I should hear back in a few weeks so we'll see! Fingers crossed.
All STAR based questions, in person screening after a college career fair. Asking mostly about experience and prior engineering work and position was more process oriented. Brief, maybe 30 minutes altogether.

Name a time when you had to take ownership of a project.
STAR questions easy apply, interview next day after applying at career fair the day before. Two recruiters in the room, no technical interview. On campus, i went in to interview and they had me go into the Harry Potter room. I loved the Harry Potter room.
