Marmol Radziner interview questions

Weird separation between shop and offices. All men and majority spanish speakers - extremely lacking in terms of diversity. Everyone eats lunch in their cars. Applied online, had a phone interview then in-person interview. Seemed that there was not a good work/life balance either.

Applied directly and heard back quickly for scheduling first interview. Met at office with one studio director initially, and second studio director joined for the last 15 minutes of the hour visit. Was told that office operated continuously in-person through pandemic, and the energy of staff felt that way (tired, didn’t make eye contact or say hello). Interview seemed to go well but they went quiet for a month before reaching out for a last-minute second interview. I had accepted another position by then and declined.
