Very Professional. They are respectful, friendly and make the candidate feel comfortable at all stages. The questions asked very all based on practical scenarios. Quality of Education, Background of the person isnt emphasised. They are open to diversity and a candidate feels really good about himself/herself after being interviewed by such managers

they start with asking general questions, then move into STAR questions relevant to the position. Prepare different scenarios from previous jobs that show your strenghts. They will ask for example describe a time when you were in a stressful situation at work.

Interview
One interview with two people. Then awaited a week and didn’t hear anything so I emailed and was then told they moved forward with someone else. It was simple and straight forward enough.

Process was efficient with interviews arranged quickly, I had two interviews, about an hour long.. The interviewers used a list of behavioural questions and STAR format was expected for answers, There was time to ask questions at the end.
