Interview
Two phone interviews with recruiter, then a skills assesment exam. and then one interview with two managers. The managers took turns asking questions for about half an hour. They were both extremely nice and it was not an aggressive interview. It went smoothly. Then a background check, and a drug test. The entire interview and testing took over 2 months. Be on time and dress well.

What is the greatest example of customer service that you have performed.
It was relatively easy. The interview process was in 3 parts. First a short interview with filmed answers, then a phone interview then In person. They asked your typical interview questions. It was not too difficult.

Interview
It was a three round interview process. First is an online mini interview where you answer some questions then you get a phone interview, if you pass the phone interview you get a panel video interview with about 2-3 interviewers. It was a very professional and nice interview experience. Just try your best and answer the questions thoughtfully.

Multi step process. Questions are a bit redundant. Interview is via phone with recruiter and standard interview questions are asked. Conversation was about 30 minutes long and very straight forward.
