Interview
30-45 minute interview with company president. He was very pleasant. The history of the company was provided with an explanation of the open position and possible periphery requirements. Because the company is relatively small, ~20 employees, only the president conducts interviews. Compared to other companies, it is a much quicker process for the actual interview process, as there are no phone interviews and only one short visit to the facility.
