Panel interview with key managers. Panel was unclear about their needs. Be careful and ask lots of questions because they will be vague and misleading with you. They claimed they wanted their curriculum tweaked, but they needed a complete ground up development.

They wanted to know if I was open to measured on many metrics. Everything in a call center environment runs on metrics.
