The McCormick interview process is fairly typical; you get one or two phone screenings from someone in their HR department (both were under 30 minutes) After a week or so, you will get a video or in-person interview scheduled with 1 or 2 hiring managers, which lasted about 45 minutes. If you get a job offer, you must pass an alcohol & drug screening before you onboard.
