I interviewed at McMaster-Carr (Los Angeles, CA) in Jun 2012
Interview
Contacted by HR. One hour phone interview. Very basic questions. Invited to come in for a full day interview process. The full day process consisted of 4 smaller interviews, about an hour each. One of the interviews took place at lunch. There was a short tour of the facility and ware houses. Everyone was extremely friendly. Culture is much different from what I was use to.

Interview
The interview process was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. I really appreciated that the discussions were fully behavioral, allowing me to naturally draw on my past experiences. Furthermore, the company truly goes out of its way to treat you like a VIP throughout the entire visit, covering a remarkably nice hotel stay and providing a generous stipend to ensure you are completely comfortable.

Interview
One behavioral interview with a recruiter and then a day-long onsite interview at the Elmhurst IL location. Superday has two behavioral interviews, walkarounds and more but feels like you're being observed everyday.
