Interview
Found my resume online and emailed me. Set up a phone interview, then brought me out to the Elmhurst facility. Met with 4 employees of differing levels and functions, sat with someone doing the job I was interviewing for with a short tour of the facility. About 4 hours on site. Got a call offering the job and a non-negotiable package.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at McMaster-Carr in May 2012
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter who had seen my resume online. After speaking with her initially she sent me job descriptions for two separate positions. I reviewed both of them and then when we spoke again two days later we went into them both in more detail. The following week we touched base and she asked me to come in for an interview for one of the positions. The interview consisted of talking with another HR person followed by three separate managers. I completed one exercise with each manager involving how I would handle different customer scenarios.
