Medpace Interview Questions in Cincinnati

Had a couple of phone and zoom calls, then an in person with two people I'd be working with/ under. The in person was at Medpace and was moderatley difficult, it was typical interview questions.

The employees leave a positive impression, and the work environment feels welcoming. The interview process consisted of 2-3 rounds with CRAs, CTMs, and HR, and the questions were not overly challenging. It seems they simply want to get to know you.

Following my PhD presentation during the interview, in two different one-on-one interviews the leadership insulted me by saying "They will give anyone a PhD these days". They were upset that I had applied considering I did not have the expertise they were looking for, yet that information was clear on my application.

Very casual - this was before COVID. Interviewers wore jeans. They took me on a tour of the building and I met with three different groups of intercviewers. the facility was very nice and modern. After meeting with them, I felt like I was not qualified, and did not receive an offer.

30 minute recruiter screen, then a 2.5hr panel. BUT, never got to the panel because they sent the email with info about the panel interview to the wrong email address. Rather than reschedule the interview, they decided to just move on with other candidates, even though it was a mistake on their end. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement.

In person panel interview and one on one interviews with senior managers and directors. It was a moderate interview and was not too stressful. Mostly asked about past experiences listed in the resume. They did not offer accommodations or reimbursement for travels.

panel interview. one presentation followed by the questions from the leaders. it is about 30 minutest talk. and then the director will give an introduction about the company. and questions are about the talk, which are not very hard.

Had two interviews before a final offer was extended. Was asked about salary range in first interview and was assured both parties were in agreement. Lowballed final offer and was unwilling to meet in the middle to their original offer.

It was only first round they asked me some behavioural questions. I felt it went well I dont know whats wrong. The HR told they would be discussing and let me know about the process.

Not good, the interviewers ghosted me after the interview and essentially spent the entire time giving subtleties that it is a horrible place to work. They kept mentioning how the company cares about employees because they put in a bar and they have food trucks come sometimes. That even as the lowest level employee you handle over 30 cases on your own. They’ll tell you you can work remote but that’s after months of training and only 5 days a month
