I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Medpace (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2019
Interview
Very straightforward Q&A. Plan to be there for about two hours and know that you will have to give a 5 minute presentation. First, I spoke with a representative via at the Medpace HQ in Cincinnati, OH via a conference call. Then I met with a senior CRA/CTM. Everyone was nice, honest and straightforward.
Thank you for your feedback! We appreciate your feedback in regards to the interview process and are happy to hear you had a good experience. We value your input!

Short, 3 interviews total. Phone, big interview, then a final call. They were very prompt with scheduling and letting me know where I stand in the process. Good interview process.
