Very good and straightforward. Personality as well as technical assessment was done. After initial phone screening called for a one one interview . On the job training is provided once if we are selected. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
Just like any other interview. Questions about yourself, previous work experience, and you are told about the job. Spoke with two managers. One asked questions and the other one explained the jobs details.
Called and spoke General Branch manager, We set up interview date and time.
