Lengthy personality test similar to Myers Briggs. Interview with the sales manager after the test results.
You need to study in order to get the necessary qualifications for financial advisor or insurance sales.

My experience in sales, how driven I am in regards to selling insurance and getting the necessary qualifications.
They called to arrange the interview in their time and were upset their time din't suit me as I have nothing else to do. At the interview there were good answers for me they asked about my skills mostly not my college degree. I was really excited but after 6 monthsmi truly regret it.
