The interview is very straightforward because the recruiters and the regional managers prepare you for it. A few days before you travel to Shreveport, one of the recruiters will call you again and make sure you are ready.
The actual interview is 4 parts and they come in this order.
1) 20 Question exam
2) Sim
3) Q&A with the chief pilot, HR, and pilot who flew the sim with you
4) Review of job offer and benefits with HR
My interview began at 0815 and I was complete and headed to the airport around noon.
