The interview was held by 2 facility managers, and they took turns to ask questions. The questions are mainly scenario-based. They conducted a very informative and beneficial interview. In my opinion, my overall experience is good.

Let's say your man reported there is an AHU with issues, what would you do?
Standard interview questions. First 30 minutes interviewer was explaining the job scope and responsibilities. Remaining time was used to explain past projects. Last 10 minutes used for questions and answers.

I got the interview via campus hiring. The interview process was smooth and its a two-way communication process. Two rounds of interviews, first round with the technical manager, second round with the HR.

There will be a total of 2 rounds of interview. 1st round with the hiring manager and 2nd round with the director of the department. The HR process was very impromptu as they will only give you less than a day to complete all the requirements after confirming your interview date.
