Easy and smooth. 3 rounds of interviews. First with HR, then with hiring manager and last stage with interview panel of three interviewers. Questions were straight forward and communication with recruiter was great throughout the interview process
Everyone was very engaging and nice. The interview process was smooth. There were not many questions on the technical side; there was more focus on behavioral questions. Come prepared with questions to ask the hiring manager and study news around Microsoft.

Mostly situational to assess competency and fit to corporate culture (MS values of Respect, Integrity and Accountability. Behavioural standards of Growth Mindset, Diversity and Includion and Customer Obsession).
Could take 4-5 rounds of interviews for external hires
