A lond whole day process that included group activities. Overall it was pretty stressful becasue you want to be th best but dont want to over shadow the poeple who were around you. There was a second day of interviews as well.

Group interview than individual. It was intimidating because everyone tries to speak up and there's not enough time but the individual interview with an existing RA wasn't as intimidating since the team is very nice and welcoming. But it's important you know about social justice issues and the ways that you can grow to make the team even better.
