Phone interview, followed by one in-person interview with management team (2 people). They then requested my college transcripts to judge grades and finally interviewed two of my references (they requested one academic and one professional). Offer was made shortly after via telephone call. A letter and paperwork was then emailed. I was asked to bring paperwork with signatures to first day of work.
